We're Off!!!!

We're leaving for Haiti in, oh, about three hours!!

We made it safely to Abbostford after a long sketchy drive from Edmonton yesterday (which, according to the news, was the coldest place on the planet yesterday at minus 46C!--glad to be out of there I guess!)

Our plane leaves from Bellingham, Washington this evening at about 5:00pm. We have two layovers: one in Las Vegas and one in Miami. And we arrive in Port-au-Prince tomorrow around noon!

We're excited, but I don't think it's actually hit us yet that we actually get to meet Trey Amos!

Thanks to everyone for your well-wishes. Kim and Jody, we got your messages on the answering maching before we left--thank you!

Hopefully we'll be able to blog a bit and post some pics from Haiti!
