We're In!

Hooray! Today we got the news that they are submitting our file to IBESR (Haitian Social Services). Remember, this is the FIRST step, where we need three different signatures from three different officials. Presently the average time it takes to get through IBESR is 3-6 months, although I have heard of horror stories of families waiting up to 16 months! So please PRAY we get through quickly! Thanks!

    Of course I'll be praying!!! How exciting. Seems like it took about "normal" time to get in.
    I hope it all goes like that.
